Britney Budiman is a Business Operations Assistant at Open Philanthropy. She is fascinated by place-based identity and understanding how the built environment influences our interactions, particularly in the work context. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, Britney taught high school English in Japan, oversaw permit submittals at a housing start-up, and planned DEI workshops for an intercultural center.
Tereza started exploring the topic of becoming an ‘EA Architect’ in early 2022. She is an architecture master’s student at Oxford Brookes with an undergraduate degree from University of Cambridge. Prior to getting involved in EA-related projects, she spent 2 years working as an urban designer in the UK. Since early 2022, she has worked on civilizational shelters and EA hubs. Currently, she is an intern at the Charter Cities Institute.
